Regional Sales Manager

As a regional sales manager, you will be responsible for maximizing sales numbers in the entire region. On a daily basis, your tasks will include making 10-30 cold calls per day and qualifying at least 10 opportunities per month. You will need to map potential industry verticals, secure meetings with decision makers at target accounts, and leverage your existing relationships and industry experience to attract more potential customers. Your proficiency in pitching IT Infrastructure Solutions to prospect customers will be crucial for the role. Additionally, you will be responsible for building and maintaining excellent relationships with key stakeholders across your accounts/customers. This includes end-to-end account mapping from pre-RFP to closure stage and cross-selling domain-centric services from a wide range of solutions. In this role, you will focus on account mining and growth for specific sectors such as Public Sector Units, CSIR Labs, Technical Universities, Banking, and Defence Accounts. Retaining accounts by developing strong relationships with key decision makers and maintaining a good business relationship with major OEMs/Vendors will be essential. You will be expected to fulfill sales quotas quarterly or annually and achieve allocated revenue targets. The role requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in the IT Infrastructure industry. Technical presentation skills would be an added advantage, along with excellent oral, written, and problem-solving skills. The minimum standard of education for this position includes an Engineering Degree in disciplines such as Electronics, Electricals, Power, Instrumentation, Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software, or Telecommunication. Additionally, an MBA/BCA/MCA/MS in Computer Applications or a BSc/MSc in Computer Science or Information Technology is acceptable. Preferably, the overall percentage of marks in 10th, 12th, Degree, and PGDBM/MBA should be around 60 percent.,
