Job Description

Role Overview: As a Regional Sales Manager, your main responsibility will be to maximize sales numbers in the entire region. On a daily basis, you will be expected to: Key Responsibilities: - Make 10-30 cold calls per day and qualify at least 10 opportunities per month. - Map potential industry verticals and secure meetings with decision makers at target accounts. - Garner more potential customers by leveraging your existing relationships and industry experience. - Be proficient in pitching IT Infrastructure Solutions to prospect customers. - Build and maintain excellent relationships with key stakeholders across your accounts/customers. - Perform end-to-end account mapping from pre-RFP to closure stage, cross-selling domain-centric services from a wide range of solutions portfolio. - Account mining and growth for focused Public Sector Units, CSIR Labs, Technical Universities, Banking & Defence Accounts. - Retain accounts by developing strong relationships with key decision makers. - Maintain an excellent business relationship with major OEMs/Vendors. - Fulfill sales quota quarterly or annually and achieve allocated revenue targets. Qualifications Required: - Relevant IT Infrastructure industry work experience of at least 5 years is mandatory. - Technical Presentation Skills would be an added advantage. - Excellent oral, written, and problem-solving skills. - Minimum educational qualifications include an Engineering Degree (Electronics/Electricals/Power/Instrumentation/Information Technology/Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Software/Telecommunication), MBA/BCA/MCA/MS (Computer Applications), BSC/MSC in Computer Science or Information Technology. - Overall percentage of marks in 10th, 12th, Degree, and PGDBM/MBA should preferably be 60%.
