Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager located in Mumbai / Ahmedabad/ Gujrat. The Regional Sales Manager will oversee daily sales operations, develop and implement sales strategies, manage a team of sales professionals, and work to meet and exceed sales targets. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with key clients, and collaborating with other departments to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Sales Management, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management skills
• Proven track record in developing and executing sales strategies
• Leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and data to make informed decisions
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
