As a Senior Sales Professional at our dynamic team in Hyderabad, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and building strong client relationships. Your responsibilities will include: - **Strategic Sales Leadership:** Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with the company's business objectives. Identify new market opportunities, target key industries, and define clear sales targets and performance metrics. - **Team Leadership and Development:** Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team. Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture, providing ongoing coaching, training, and performance management. - **Revenue Generation and Growth:** Drive significant revenue growth by acquiring new enterprise clients and expanding business within existing accounts. Exceed established sales targets and contribute to overall financial success. - **Client Relationship Management:** Cultivate and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key decision-makers at enterprise clients. Understand their business needs and position our solutions as valuable assets. - **Sales Process Optimization:** Develop and refine efficient sales processes, leveraging CRM and sales enablement tools to improve productivity. - **Market and Competitive Analysis:** Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape. Identify opportunities and threats to adapt sales strategies accordingly. - **Collaboration with Internal Teams:** Work closely with marketing, technical teams, and executive leadership to ensure alignment between sales efforts and company strategy. - **Sales Reporting and Forecasting:** Develop accurate sales forecasts and provide performance updates to executive leadership. Utilize data-driven insights to optimize sales strategies. - **Negotiation and Closing:** Lead the negotiation and closing of complex enterprise deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. - **Representation:** Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to enhance visibility and reputation. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred. - 10-15 years of progressive sales leadership experience within IT solutions and services industry. - Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. - Deep understanding of IT solutions and services. - Ability to build and lead high-performing sales teams. - Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Business acumen and strategic thinking abilities. - Experience with CRM systems and sales enablement tools. - Willingness to travel as required.,
