Role Overview

end-to-end business development, regional strategy execution, and sales leadership

Key Responsibilities1. Regional Sales Leadership
  • Lead and manage state/city sales leaders in Bhubaneswar, Kolkata, Patna, Ranchi, and Guwahati.
  • Align regional sales execution with national targets.
  • Strengthen leadership capacity in Tier 2 & Tier 3 hubs.
2. Revenue Generation & Target Delivery
  • Own regional revenue targets and deliver consistently.
  • Drive closures in

    IT, SaaS, ERP, AI, and drone tech platforms

    .
  • Build multi-sector pipelines across

    education, smart cities, PSU, logistics, and healthcare

    .
3. Strategic Market Expansion
  • Design localized sales strategies for each state.
  • Prospect emerging cities with high digital transformation needs.
  • Lead

    B2B and B2G deal cycles

    from prospecting to closure.
4. CXO-Level Client Engagement
  • Represent Bhionix Group at

    government & enterprise meetings

    .
  • Deliver

    impactful product demos and executive consultations

    .
  • Build strong C-suite relationships for

    long-term business partnerships

    .
5. Team Hiring & Development
  • Build and scale high-performance sales teams across 5 states.
  • Lead structured training, mentoring, and performance management.
  • Foster a

    culture of accountability and innovation

    .
6. Business Intelligence & Reporting
  • Consolidate

    regional KPIs, sales funnels, and forecasts

    .
  • Provide insights to Country Sales Head with data-driven reports.
  • Monitor competition, client sentiment, and pricing trends.
7. Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with

    delivery, product, and operations

    teams.
  • Ensure client satisfaction from onboarding to delivery.
  • Share market insights with

    marketing & R&D

    for product innovation.
8. Industry Outreach & Representation
  • Represent Bhionix Group at

    regional expos, summits, and IT forums

    .
  • Build alliances with

    MSMEs, IT clusters, chambers of commerce, and accelerators

    .
Daily Activities
  • Monitor and review

    city-level sales pipelines

    .
  • Approve high-value proposals and negotiations.
  • Conduct client visits to

    government and institutional buyers

    .
  • Lead

    weekly regional team huddles

    and progress reviews.
  • Submit regular progress reports to the Country Sales Head.
Qualifications
  • Education:

    Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or IT; MBA preferred.
  • Experience:

    6–10 years in IT/SaaS/consulting sales with at least 3 years managing regional teams.
  • Exposure:

    Strong familiarity with

    Eastern India’s enterprise & government ecosystem

    .

    (Zoho, Salesforce) & KPI dashboards.
