- Accountable for end-to-end procurement related to services, products, and materials towards Customer Team/Customer Office and customer/project requirements from bid phase until project closing (pre-& post-sales).
- Responsible for supplier selection, negotiations, and contracting during pre-sales in line with Procurement Category strategy and post-sales monitor supplier capacity, escalation level regarding supplier performance or major contractual disputes and develop/execute project cost baseline improvement
- Single point of contact for Customer Business Team/Customer Team on procurement topics, ensuring all procurement activities meet all relevant regulatory and legal requirements, including Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX).
How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
- Pre-sales to Project closing engagement - Accountable and responsible from bid phase until project closing for all Project Procurement activities
- Drive Procurement activities - Analyse supply market and drive associated procurement activities with other Procurement stakeholders towards the Customer Team.
- Supplier base decision – Communicates final supplier base decisions to relevant stakeholders in Delivery
- Support - Participate in Supplier selection, negotiations, and contracting for the agreed category areas along with the Strategic Market Procurement Manager & Customer Manager.
- Compliance: Ensures compliance with all relevant regulatory and legal requirements, including Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) and related procurement policies at the Delivery level
- Market Inputs - Provides input for category management and ensures category and supplier strategy implementation in the projects.
- Creates and maintains Project Procurement Plans
- Supplier Manager - Is the supplier manager for local suppliers for all relevant
- Strategic Relations - Maintain strategic relationships with project suppliers
- Conflict Management - Mediation and dispute handling between project suppliers and stakeholders
- Coaching - Supporting and coaching the pooled Circle Regional Procurement Managers for a fast engagement and during the rollout
Key Skills And Experience
You have:
- Bachelor's degree with 12-15 years' experience in supplier base management for optimal resource allocation.
- Experience in supplier relationship management to enhance collaboration.
- An entrepreneurial mindset to identify and seize new opportunities.
- A customer-centric approach to understand and meet client needs.
- Proven negotiation skills to facilitate beneficial agreements.
- A solution-oriented attitude to effectively resolve issues.
- High integrity and adeptness in trust-building with stakeholders. Solid understanding of logistics processes to streamline operations.
- Familiarity with Nokia portfolio knowledge to leverage our products effectively.
