Job Description

Overview:

The Regional Manager – B2B Sales for NexLev will lead business development and sales growth across the Consumer Electronics and Personal Care categories. The role focuses on expanding B2B channels, managing key accounts, and driving market penetration for NexLev’s innovative product portfolio.


Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand B2B presence and achieve revenue targets in assigned regions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with corporates, institutions, and channel partners.
  • Lead negotiations and close high-value deals with key accounts.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, adjusting tactics to maximize growth and profitability.


Account & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and business partners.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement and support.
  • Oversee onboarding and ongoing management of B2B customers, ensuring seamless delivery and after-sales service.


Team Leadership & Development

  • Recruit, train, and mentor the regional sales team to achieve targets and maintain high performance.
  • Set clear objectives, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback and coaching.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, motivation, and continuous improvement.


Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the consumer electronics and personal care sectors.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance reviews for senior management.
  • Leverage data analytics to drive strategic decisions and optimize sales processes.


Brand Representation & Compliance

  • Represent NexLev at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.


Required Skills & Qualifications


Education

Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, Marketing, or related field

Experience

5+ years in B2B sales management, preferably in consumer electronics/personal care

Industry Knowledge

Strong understanding of B2B sales, channel management, and key account handling

Leadership

Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing sales teams

Analytical Skills

Proficient in sales analytics, forecasting, and market research

Communication

Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Tech Savvy

Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and digital sales platforms

Mobility

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region

Languages

Fluency in English; knowledge of Hindi is an advantage
