Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Staffing

Manage end-to-end recruitment for retail outlets within the region.
Ensure timely hiring of showroom sales associates.
Collaborate with local institutes and agencies for talent sourcing.

Identify training needs in coordination with showroom managers.
Support induction and onboarding programs for new employees.
Facilitate skill development workshops and coordinate with Sales Trainer.

3. Performance Management

Monitor performance appraisal processes at the regional level.
Support managers in setting goals, giving feedback, and managing under performance.

4. Employee Relations & Engagement

Act as the primary HR contact for employees in the region.
Address grievances, resolve conflicts, and ensure a positive workplace environment.
Implement engagement activities to reduce attrition and boost morale.

5. Compliance & HR Operations

Ensure adherence to statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Shops & Establishments Act, etc.).
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.

Support payroll inputs and attendance management

Preferred candidate profile:

MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
8+ years of HR experience, preferably in HR in the Jewellery or retail industry.
Willing to travel across region.
Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
Ability to influence and motivate employees.
Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with LMS platforms is a plus.
Multilingual skills are desirable (English / Malayalam / Tamil / Kannada / Telugu )
