Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Computer science, Information Technology), or a related field. 8+ years of extensive experience in IT management and leadership roles, preferably in a retail environment. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and security. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage budgets, projects, and people effectively.
