ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Strategic Planning: Develop and implement the IT strategic plan aligned with the company's overall business strategy. Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and their potential impact on the retail business. Ensure IT infrastructure and systems are scalable and capable of supporting future growth. IT Infrastructure Management: Oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of all IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and cloud services. Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems and data. Monitor and improve IT performance to ensure efficiency and reliability. Budget Management: Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation. Monitor IT spending and identify areas for cost savings. People Management: Hire, train, and manage the IT staff, providing leadership and guidance. Evaluate IT staff performance and provide feedback and development opportunities. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the IT department. Project Management: Lead and manage IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Identify and mitigate project risks. Vendor Management: Negotiate and manage contracts with IT vendors and service providers. Ensure vendors meet performance and service level agreements. Preferred candidate profile: Overall experience of 15+ years in IT industry ( Preferred Male Candidate) . 6+ years of experience in retail industry, experience in commodity based and commercial business is good to have. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Computer science, Information Technology), or a related field. 8+ years of extensive experience in IT management and leadership roles, preferably in a retail environment. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and security. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage budgets, projects, and people effectively. Experience with cloud computing, data analytics, and other emerging technologies is a plus. Microsoft Dynamics SCM, Zoho CRM and HR Systems is a Plus. Age below 48 years

Role & responsibilities: Sales Training Delivery: Conduct induction training for new sales staff covering product knowledge, selling techniques, grooming, and customer service. Product Knowledge: Train staff on various jewellery products including gold, diamond, platinum, gemstones, and custom jewellery. Regularly update the team on new product launches, promotions, and collections. Role & responsibilities: 1. Recruitment & Staffing Manage end-to-end recruitment for retail outlets within the region. Ensure timely hiring of showroom sales associates. Collaborate with local institutes and agencies for talent sourcing. 2 . Training & Development Identify training needs in coordination with showroom managers. Support induction and onboarding programs for new employees. Facilitate skill development workshops and coordinate with Sales Trainer. 3.
