Job Title: Regional Head – Sales & Operations
Location: Odissa/ Rajasthan
Department: Sales / Business Development
Reports To: National Sales Head / VP – Sales
Experience Required: 4-5 Years (minimum 3+ years in a similar leadership role in EdTech or B2C sector)

satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Growth


  • Develop and execute region-specific sales strategies aligned with company goals.


  • Own P&L for the region; drive monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.


  • Analyze regional market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.


Team Leadership & People Management


  • Hire, train, and mentor Area Managers, Business Development Managers, and Counselors.


  • Drive performance metrics and ensure accountability across all levels.


  • Foster a culture of ownership, learning, and excellence.


Partner & Institution Engagement (If applicable)


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key schools, colleges, or training centers.


  • Support institutional partnerships and on-ground activation campaigns.


Operations & Execution


  • Ensure smooth operational execution of programs, student onboarding, and support.


  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Academic teams for seamless regional execution.


  • Monitor CRM updates, lead flow, and conversion metrics.


Reporting & Forecasting


  • Provide timely business updates, revenue forecasts, and pipeline status to leadership.


  • Track KPIs, budgets, and performance dashboards for regional operations.


Benefits

Key Requirements


  • MBA or equivalent degree in Sales, Marketing, or related fields.


  • Proven leadership in EdTech, Consumer Tech, Telecom, or Education sectors.


  • Strong understanding of inside sales models (CRM, tele calling) and field sales.


  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and people management skills.


  • Data-driven decision-maker with hands-on experience in CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).


  • Willingness to travel across the assigned region.


Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience scaling a region from scratch or leading turnarounds.


  • Exposure to early-stage EdTech or high-growth startup environments.


  • Fluency in local languages will be an added advantage.
