Job Title: Recruitment Specialist Location: Agra Experience: 3+ Years (Sales & Lateral Hiring) Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Recruitment for sales and non-IT roles. Expert in Boolean & X-ray Searching for sourcing top talent. Utilize Job Portals (Naukri, Monster, Indeed, etc.) for proactive hiring. Coordinate with Hiring Managers for seamless recruitment. Follow-ups & Candidate Management to ensure smooth onboarding. Maintain Talent Pipeline and track recruitment metrics.
