Job Title: Recruiter – Skilled Trades & Engineering (Night Shift)

About the Role:

Skilled Trades and Engineering roles

Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and qualify candidates for Skilled Trades and Engineering positions
Work closely with Account managers to understand job requirements
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for ongoing hiring needs
Manage end-to-end recruitment including interviews, coordination, and follow-ups
Ensure excellent candidate experience and timely communication
Work during North American business hours (7 PM–4 AM IST)

Requirements:

Minimum 2–5 years of experience recruiting for the U.S. or Canadian market
Proven success in hiring Skilled Trades and Engineering roles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Comfortable working night shift (IST)
