Job Title: Technical Recruiter (U.S. Staffing – Night Shift)

Technical Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and screen candidates for technical positions in U.S. federal, state, or government projects
  • Work closely with account managers and clients to understand role requirements
  • Post job ads, manage pipelines, and schedule interviews
  • Maintain accurate candidate records using ATS
  • Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in U.S. technical recruitment
  • Hands-on experience working with federal, government, or state clients
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness to work U.S. night shift (EST/PST hours)
  • Familiarity with job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools
  • Experience using an ATS or CRM is a plus

Preferred:

  • Experience with compliance and documentation for public sector roles
  • Prior experience in a staffing agency or RPO setup
