We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Technical Recruiter with hands-on experience supporting clients in the US and Canadian markets . The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing and communication skills, experience working with limited sourcing tools, and a solid understanding of IT, Engineering, and Sales hiring across multiple tax terms (W2, 1099). Key Responsibilities: Source, screen, and qualify candidates for IT, Engineering, and Sales positions in the US and Canada. Work on various tax terms including W2 and 1099 . Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms to identify and engage top talent. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates using innovative sourcing strategies. Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate fit based on client requirements. Coordinate interview schedules, feedback, and offer negotiations with candidates and clients. Maintain candidate records, update tracking systems, and ensure smooth recruitment operations. Work independently with limited sourcing tools and resources while maintaining high-quality submissions. Requirements: 2–5 years of experience in US/Canada recruitment, preferably in IT, Engineering, or Sales roles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sourcing and screening experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other job portals. Sound understanding of W2, 1099 , and other US tax terms. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver results under minimal supervision. Comfortable working in US night shift (7 PM – 4 AM IST) . Preferred Skills: Experience working with MSP/VMS or direct client requirements. Knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and Boolean search techniques.
