Recruitment Specialist

Location: Versova, Andheri (5 minutes from Versova Metro Station)
Work Mode: Work From Office | 5 Days a Week (Any 2 Saturdays Off)
Availability: Immediate Joiners Only
Experience Required: 2–6 years (consultancy background preferred)
Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month + Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment process
Source candidates using ATS and non-Naukri platformsManage candidate screening, interviews & closuresMeet hiring targets within defined timelinesMaintain candidate pipeline and reporting

Proactive and target-driven approachExperience in bulk & niche hiring

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,862.02 - ₹40,444.62 per month
