Job Role:

artwork checking and approval

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and verify all product artworks including labels, cartons, leaflets, etc. for veterinary products.
• Coordinate with the design team and regulatory team to ensure accuracy of product information and legal compliance.
• Check spelling, composition, layout, product claims, batch details, and regulatory markings.
• Maintain artwork approval records and version control.
• Support QA documentation related to packaging development and changes.
• Assist in internal audits and regulatory inspections related to artwork and packaging compliance.
• Ensure adherence to GMP and quality guidelines for artwork approval processes.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy / Science or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in QA with a focus on artwork review (experience in veterinary or human pharma preferred).
• Good understanding of regulatory requirements for artwork in veterinary medicines.
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with design, production, regulatory, and marketing teams.
