About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Recruitment Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding the right talent. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and ensure a seamless hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce requirements and create accurate job descriptions.
• Maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Utilize job portals, professional networks, and social media platforms for candidate sourcing.
• Conduct reference checks and ensure background verification processes are completed.
• Maintain recruitment reports and track hiring metrics to ensure process efficiency.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment for various levels and functions.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Eligibility:

• MBA in Human Resources / PGDM in HR.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in recruitment.
