Job Summary As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for end-to-end hiring of delivery riders and operational staff for our logistics clients. This role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates, while meeting hiring targets within given timelines. You will also maintain close coordination with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth operations. Key Responsibilities Understand client manpower requirements and job specifications. Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and field recruitment. Screen and interview candidates to assess suitability. Schedule and coordinate interviews or walk-ins. Handle documentation, background checks, and onboarding formalities. Maintain recruitment trackers and daily MIS reports. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly hiring targets. Build a network of potential candidates for future requirements. Coordinate with operations and HR teams to ensure timely deployment of staff. Requirements Education: Graduate (preferred) or Diploma/12th pass with relevant experience. Experience: 1–3 years in recruitment, preferably in logistics or blue-collar hiring. Strong sourcing skills and knowledge of recruitment channels. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Target-oriented mindset with ability to work under pressure.
