Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist, located in Bhubaneswar. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for identifying, interviewing, and hiring candidates. This role involves managing the entire recruitment process, developing recruitment strategies, and providing training for new hires. The specialist will also need to ensure effective communication and collaboration with hiring managers.
