Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle

    end-to-end recruitment

    for NBFC sales profiles from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Utilize

    portals/job boards

    and other sourcing channels efficiently to attract qualified candidates.
  • Manage

    bulk hiring

    requirements for NBFC sales projects in coordination with BFSI clients.
  • Maintain

    recruitment metrics

    including

    TAT (Turnaround Time)

    and

    CPH (Cost per Hire)

    .
  • Build a strong candidate pipeline to meet project-based hiring targets within specified timelines.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers, update candidate trackers, and ensure smooth interview and selection processes.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance and quality standards in all recruitment activities.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA in HR preferred).
  • 13 years of recruitment experience, especially in BFSI/NBFC sales hiring.
  • Proven ability to handle bulk hiring projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Hands-on experience with job portals, social recruiting tools, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
