Role Summary:

The Recruitment Specialist will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent in the real estate and construction industry. This position requires deep market research, competitor benchmarking, and proactive headhunting to build a pipeline of high-performing professionals who can drive business success.

Education:

Proven experience in headhunting, talent mapping, and competitor intelligence gathering.

Strong understanding of industry hierarchies, compensation structures, and performance metrics.

Excellent networking skills and ability to engage with senior-level professionals.
