What You’ll Do

• Build a

  strong talent pipeline

  so hiring never stops, even when we scale fast.
• Source, screen, and coordinate interviews like a pro — across multiple departments.
• Use

  AI tools and automation

  to speed up hiring without compromising quality.
• Work directly with leadership to forecast hiring needs and meet deadlines.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of recruitment experience

  (agency or tech/digital background preferred).
• Proven ability to

  source quality candidates quickly

  using LinkedIn, job boards & referrals.
• Hands-on with

  AI or automation tools

  for recruitment.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Organized, proactive, and obsessed with finding the right fit.
