Job Summary:

IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective sourcing strategies.
  • Source candidates using a variety of platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, social media, etc.).
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews (phone/video), and assess technical fit in collaboration with tech leads.
  • Coordinate and schedule technical interviews, feedback collection, and offer rollouts.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals for both current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through professional communication and timely updates.
  • Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide regular reports.
  • Keep up to date with IT hiring trends, market salaries, and competitor activity.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in

    IT recruitment

    , either in-house or at an agency.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles, programming languages, and IT terminology.
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Monster, Dice, etc.).
  • Proficiency with ATS software and recruitment CRMs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple open positions and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience hiring for product-based or SaaS companies.
  • Knowledge of technical assessments, coding platforms, or remote hiring tools.
  • Familiarity with diversity hiring practices.
