Role Overview: As a part of the Expansion Recruitment Strategy, you will be responsible for New Center Expansion Recruitment and Existing Center Hiring. This will involve Team Management & Leadership to ensure the recruitment goals are met efficiently. Additionally, you will be handling Stakeholder Management & Reporting to keep all relevant parties informed. Key Responsibilities: - Recruitment Process Improvement to enhance the efficiency of hiring processes - Manpower Cost Management to ensure recruitment is done within budget constraints - MIS Reporting to track recruitment metrics and present them effectively - ATS Implementation and Execution for streamlining the recruitment process - Optimum utilization of manpower to maximize productivity and efficiency Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in recruitment and team management - Strong leadership skills to lead and motivate a team effectively - Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management and reporting - Proficiency in using ATS for recruitment purposes - Analytical skills to manage manpower costs effectively,
