Job Description

As a Senior Recruitment Specialist, you will be an integral part of the dynamic team, responsible for identifying, attracting, and securing top talent for the organization. Aiming to streamline the recruitment process, you will be managing the full recruitment lifecycle, developing effective recruitment strategies, and collaborating closely with hiring managers to ensure their needs are met efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Manage talent sourcing and filtering based on job descriptions. - Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talents. - Partner and coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and devise sourcing strategies. - Source candidates through various channels such as online job boards, social media, and networking within a time frame of 22 hours. - Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. - Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers. - Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). - Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices. - Contribute to the development and improvement of the recruitment process. - Participate in recruitment events and career fairs. - Provide guidance and mentorship to junior recruiters. - Track and analyze recruitment metrics for identifying areas of improvement. Qualification Required: - Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment. - Strong understanding of recruitment best practices. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers. - Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS). - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - A proactive and results-oriented approach. - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. - Demonstrated ability to source candidates through various channels. - Experience in conducting behavioral-based interviews. - Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.,
