Website: https://www.technocruitx.com/ Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing end-to-end recruitment for diverse industries and ensuring a smooth, efficient, and positive hiring experience aligned with our company’s goals and work culture. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment across industries including IT, Non-IT, Manufacturing, Retail, Healthcare, Logistics, and more. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ideal candidate profiles. Create and post engaging job advertisements on job portals, social media, and the company’s career page. Source candidates using various platforms like databases, social media, and headhunting methods. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and internal stakeholders. Maintain consistent communication with candidates to provide an excellent recruitment experience. Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts. Track, monitor, and report on key hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and pipeline status. Qualifications: Experience: 1 to 3 years in Recruitment Consultancy or Staffing Firm (Mandatory). Recruitment Expertise: Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple sectors. Expertise in sourcing techniques (Job Portals, Social Media, References, Headhunting). Familiarity with recruitment metrics, applicant tracking, and reporting. Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to manage multiple roles and meet deadlines consistently.
