About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, building strong talent pipelines, and ensuring a seamless hiring process to attract top talent across various domains. Key Responsibilities: Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements. Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals. Conduct initial screenings and evaluate candidate qualifications. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment reports. Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process in coordination with HR. Contribute to employer branding initiatives and campus hiring (if applicable). Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 1 to 5 years of experience in recruitment (agency or corporate). Proven experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and ATS tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Familiarity with Boolean search techniques and LinkedIn Recruiter.
