Website: www.technocruitx.com Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing end-to-end recruitment for multiple industries, ensuring a smooth and positive hiring experience aligned with our company’s goals and culture. Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment for various industries: IT, Non-IT, Manufacturing, Retail, Healthcare, Logistics, and more. Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and ideal candidate profiles. Create and post engaging job advertisements across job portals, social media, and the company website. Source candidates using job boards, social media, references, and headhunting. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability. Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and stakeholders. Maintain continuous communication with candidates for a seamless recruitment experience. Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives. Track and report on key hiring metrics like time-to-fill, pipeline status, and source of hire. Qualifications: Experience: 1 to 3 years in Recruitment Consultancy or Staffing Firm (Mandatory) Skills: Strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple sectors. Proficient in sourcing techniques: Job Portals, Social Media, References, Headhunting. Familiarity with recruitment metrics, applicant tracking, and reporting. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to manage multiple roles and consistently meet deadlines.
