Job Title: HR Recruiter

Location: Bangalore

Department: Human Resources

Reports To: HR Manager


Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team.

The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from

identifying potential candidates to onboarding new hires. This role requires a proactive

approach to sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our business needs and

growth objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

o Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop

effective recruitment strategies.

o Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media,

networking events, and employee referrals.

o Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications

and fit.

o Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.

o Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.

o Manage the candidate experience to ensure a positive and professional recruitment

process.

o Conduct reference checks and background verifications as needed.

o Assist in developing and updating job descriptions and specifications.

o Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent

acquisition.

o Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as

an employer of choice.

o Support diversity and inclusion efforts in recruitment practices.


Qualifications:

o Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

o Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the insurance or financial services

industry.

o Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing techniques.

o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

o Strong organizational and time management skills.

o Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
