Role Overview:

US Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage

  end-to-end recruitment

  for US clients across IT and Non-IT domains
• Source and engage candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and direct outreach
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews, presenting only

  high-quality candidates

• Handle hiring for diverse Non-IT roles like Business Analysts, Finance, Operations, Healthcare, Retail, Engineering, etc.
• Maintain strong client and candidate communication
• Update ATS and daily trackers with accurate information
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and strategize sourcing

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

• 3-6 years of US recruitment experience
• Proven expertise in

  IT recruitment

  (Java, .NET, Python, Cloud, DevOps, etc.)
• Proven experience in

  Non-IT recruitment

  across multiple domains (Healthcare, Banking, Finance, Manufacturing, Retail, Engineering, etc.)
• Strong sourcing skills and ability to find

  niche talent

• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Experience working from office in Hyderabad
