Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist located in Gurugram. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including sourcing and hiring candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the recruitment process. Additionally, the Recruitment Specialist will assist with onboarding new employees and conducting training sessions to ensure new hires are well-integrated into the company.

Qualifications

• Experience with Hiring and Recruiting processes
• Skilled in Conducting Interviews and Assessing Candidates
• Strong Communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Experience in Training and Onboarding new employees
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Familiarity with recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus
• Strong organizational and time management skills
