Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist located in Mumbai. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the entire hiring process, which includes sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires. The role also requires developing recruiting strategies, coordinating with department managers to identify staffing needs, and facilitating training for new employees.


Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience
  • Experience in Hiring and Recruiting
  • Proficiency in Conducting Interviews and effective Interviewing skills
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Ability to facilitate Training and onboarding processes
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in recruitment within the retail or trading industry is a plus
