Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist located in Mumbai. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the entire hiring process, which includes sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires. The role also requires developing recruiting strategies, coordinating with department managers to identify staffing needs, and facilitating training for new employees.
