Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategically source, identify, and attract high-quality talent using diverse recruiting methods including job portals, social media, networking, referrals, and industry events.
  • Conduct thorough screening and interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from initial engagement to successful onboarding.
  • Collaborate closely with department managers to deeply understand their hiring needs, crafting targeted job descriptions and candidate profiles.
  • Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline by proactively engaging passive candidates.
  • Optimize and streamline hiring processes for maximum efficiency and candidate satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with market trends, industry standards, and innovative recruitment practices to continually enhance our recruitment strategies.
  • Foster an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication, prompt feedback, and professionalism at every stage.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • 2-5 years of proven recruitment experience, particularly in sourcing and hiring high-quality talent.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of successfully filling roles across various functions and levels.
  • Adept at using recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and various sourcing platforms.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, able to handle multiple recruitments simultaneously.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional candidate experiences and building lasting professional relationships.
