Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from initial engagement to successful onboarding. Collaborate closely with department managers to deeply understand their hiring needs, crafting targeted job descriptions and candidate profiles. Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline by proactively engaging passive candidates. Optimize and streamline hiring processes for maximum efficiency and candidate satisfaction. Stay updated with market trends, industry standards, and innovative recruitment practices to continually enhance our recruitment strategies. Foster an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication, prompt feedback, and professionalism at every stage. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). 2-5 years of proven recruitment experience, particularly in sourcing and hiring high-quality talent. Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Proven track record of successfully filling roles across various functions and levels. Adept at using recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and various sourcing platforms. Excellent organizational and time management skills, able to handle multiple recruitments simultaneously.
