The ideal candidate will have deep industry knowledge, a strong network of sales professionals, and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes efficiently. 🎯 Key Responsibilities Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs for sales and BDM roles Develop and execute sourcing strategies tailored to the insurance sector Screen, interview, and assess candidates for sales competencies and insurance domain knowledge Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for high-volume hiring needs Manage job postings across platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and insurance-specific portals Conduct reference checks and coordinate offer rollouts Track recruitment metrics and provide weekly reports to leadership Stay updated on industry trends and competitor hiring practices ✅ Requirements Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in general insurance or financial services Proven success in hiring for sales and BDM roles Familiarity with insurance products and distribution channels Strong communication and negotiation skills Experience with ATS tools and recruitment CRMs
