Key Responsibilities Post job adverts, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews Support the onboarding and induction process for new starters Maintain candidate records and recruitment databases Act as the first point of contact for candidates and hiring teams Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and documentation standards What We’re Looking For 1–2 years of recruitment or administrative experience (healthcare sector preferred) Excellent communication and organisational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic HR software High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks A genuine interest in healthcare and recruitment Why Join Us?
