Position OverviewThe Talent Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, ensuring timely sourcing, selection, and onboarding of top talent across various functions. The role requires a professional who can partner with functional heads, understand manpower needs, and implement efficient hiring strategies to meet business growth objectives. Key Responsibilities·      Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates across all levels. ·      Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies including job portals, LinkedIn, consultancies, employee referrals, and campus hiring. ·      Partner with functional heads to understand job requirements, role specifications, and skill expectations. ·      Maintain strong candidate pipelines for critical positions and future manpower planning. ·      Conduct reference checks, salary negotiations, and issue offer letters as per company policy. ·      Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of new hires. ·      Maintain updated recruitment dashboards and MIS reports for management review. ·      Ensure all hiring processes comply with statutory regulations and company HR policies. ·      Drive employer branding initiatives and ensure positive candidate experience. ·      Follow company protocols:  - Maintain confidentiality of internal and financial information.  - Strictly avoid favoritism, bribes, or personal favors in hiring decisions.  - Ensure professionalism in all communications with candidates and stakeholders.  - Adhere to compliance, discipline, and ethical business practices as per EON culture. Desired Skills & Qualifications·      Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. ·      4–6 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the elevator, construction, or engineering industry. ·      Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruitment tools, and HR best practices. ·      Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. ·      Ability to handle high-volume hiring and work in a fast-paced environment. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)·      Average time-to-fill a position. ·      Offer-to-joining conversion ratio. ·      Quality of hire (measured by retention in probation and manager feedback). ·      Cost per hire. ·      Recruitment process compliance (100% adherence).
