Job Purpose:

To drive client growth and revenue generation with sales in GMV Hydraulic kits, Machineries and other spare parts, and by building long-term relationships, strategizing account development, coordinating with technical, sales, and data teams, and ensuring client satisfaction across all verticals in the B2B ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of B2B clients and build strong, long-lasting relationships.

Understand client objectives and develop account plans to drive growth and meet revenue targets.

Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities and support referral-based business development.

Collaborate with sales, technical, and marketing teams to align client proposals with needs.

Conduct regular performance reviews, gather feedback, and act on it to enhance client satisfaction.

Monitor client activity and market trends, ensuring value delivery and retention.

Collaborate with internal teams (data analysts, engineers, support) to ensure operational success.

Utilize CRM and database insights to make informed decisions and optimize client strategies.

Coordinate the resolution of issues through timely internal communication with technical or data teams.

Represent the company in networking events, industry expos, and client meetings to enhance visibility.

Monitor competitor activities and identify areas of competitive advantage.

Drive customer retention initiatives by ensuring continuous engagement and satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field (MBA preferred)

35 years of experience in B2B account management or client success roles Elevator Industry

Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data for strategic decision-making

Ability to manage multiple accounts and align cross-functional teams

Hands-on experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
