To support our growth, we are looking for a Recruitment Executive who can help us find, attract, and hire top talent across creative, strategy, digital, media, and support functions. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment for creative, account management, strategy, media, and studio roles. Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and role requirements. Draft, post, and manage job ads across platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, social media, etc.). Source candidates using job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other creative sourcing techniques. Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess fit and alignment. Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up for feedback. Maintain and update the recruitment tracker and candidate database. Handle offer roll-outs, negotiation, and onboarding coordination. Promote employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. Stay updated on industry hiring trends and competitor benchmarks. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. 1–3 years of recruitment experience (preferably in advertising, media, or creative industries). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good understanding of creative and digital job roles. Hands-on experience with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
