Back Key Responsibilities Talent Sourcing Strategy- Develop and implement sourcing strategies for different roles Candidate Pipeline Building- Identify, attract, and engage top talent through various channels Job Board Management- Optimize job postings on platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, etc Social Media Recruiting- Use LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter for talent outreach Employee Referral Programs- Develop and manage employee-driven recruitment initiatives Recruitment Marketing- Work on employer branding initiatives and content for job postings Data & Analytics- Track sourcing effectiveness and optimize recruitment channels Recruitment Sources to Manage Job Portals Employee Referrals Social Media Recruiting (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram) Company Careers Page Recruitment Agencies & Headhunters Networking Events & Job Fairs Internal Talent Mobility & Promotions Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role EducationBachelors degree in HR, Business, or related field Experience3+ years in talent sourcing, recruiting, or HR Skills Strong knowledge of Boolean search, X-Ray search, LinkedIn Recruiter Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases Excellent communication and networking skills Data-driven mindset for sourcing analytics & optimization Additional Information Job Type Full Time Work ProfileHybrid (Work from Office/ Remote) Years of Experience3-5 Years LocationBangalore What We Offer Competitive salaries and comprehensive health benefits Flexible work hours and remote work options Professional development and training opportunities A supportive and inclusive work environment
