Recruitment Manager

As a Recruitment Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in overseeing end-to-end recruitment operations and driving business development in the Middle East and European regions, particularly in the oil & gas sector. Your responsibilities will include: - Overseeing full-cycle recruitment for technical and blue-collar roles for clients in the Middle East & Europe, ensuring timely delivery of CVs as per client demands and trade-specific requirements. - Managing and mentoring the internal team of recruiters and coordinators to maintain quality and compliance with client hiring standards and documentation protocols. - Identifying and approaching potential clients, preparing customized recruitment proposals, and building relationships with HR departments, project managers, and consultants of international companies. - Setting clear targets and KPIs for the recruitment team, conducting regular training and performance reviews, and coordinating with documentation and visa processing teams. To excel in this role, you should have: - Minimum 8-10 years of experience in overseas recruitment, specifically in Oil & Gas and EPC hiring for the Middle East. - Proven track record in business development and client onboarding in the international recruitment space. - Strong network and connections with agents, clients, and HR departments in Gulf and Europe. - Leadership skills to manage and scale a recruitment team effectively. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus. - Proficiency in MS Office, email handling, and recruitment CRM tools. This is a full-time position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement and a performance bonus. The work schedule is a day shift, and the location is in person.
