Role Overview

The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment, talent acquisition strategy, sourcing best-fit candidates, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience. This role requires strong stakeholder management, hiring ownership, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiation & offer closure.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and create JD/job briefs.
  • Source talent through multiple channels including job portals, LinkedIn, internal database, referrals, and networking.
  • Conduct preliminary HR interviews to assess fitment and alignment with company culture.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders and maintain timely communication.
  • Maintain accurate hiring trackers, reports, and dashboards.
  • Drive recruitment for academic roles, counselling roles, educators/SMEs, and corporate profiles.
  • Manage employee referrals and ensure a good candidate experience at all stages.
  • Assist in employer branding and recruitment marketing activities if required.
  • Ensure adherence to defined timelines, SLAs, and hiring quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA in HR preferred).
  • 4–6 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment (EdTech/Academia hiring experience is an advantage).
  • Strong hands-on experience in hiring through LinkedIn & job portals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage high-volume hiring.
  • Strong ownership mindset with ability to work independently and collaboratively.
