Job Description: Recruitment Manager – Fundraising & HR Department Company: Maha Urja Oil Refinery Limited Location: Gujarat (Field & Office-Based Role) Position: Recruitment Manager – Fundraising & HR Department: Investment & Fundraising Division Key Responsibilities: Identify and recruit skilled Field Executives, Team Leaders, and Investment Advisors for fundraising operations. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract candidates experienced in finance, micro-investment, and public relations. Conduct interviews, assessments, and onboarding sessions for new hires. Provide regular training and performance guidance to ensure team members can effectively communicate company plans and raise funds confidently. Coordinate with the Fundraising Department & Management Team to achieve monthly and quarterly funding targets. Maintain a positive and motivating environment for field staff and monitor their performance. Prepare and submit daily/weekly recruitment and training reports to management. Ensure all recruitment and fundraising activities are conducted ethically and transparently
