We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Manager to lead our hiring efforts and support our mission of bridging talent gaps across industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment Strategy & Execution:
• Design and implement recruitment strategies for bulk hiring of entry-level positions in industries such as Hospitality, QSR, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Blue-Collar roles.
• Develop innovative sourcing techniques to attract quality candidates.
• Vendor & Stakeholder Management:
• Collaborate with recruitment vendors, staffing agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless hiring processes.
• Negotiate vendor contracts and evaluate their performance.
• End-to-End Recruitment:
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Ensure timely fulfillment of staffing requirements.
• Data Management & Reporting:
• Utilize MS Excel for recruitment tracking, reporting, and analyzing hiring metrics.
• Provide regular updates to management on hiring progress and challenges.
• Travel Requirement:
• Travel as needed to conduct recruitment drives and coordinate with regional offices or partners.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• Proven track record of successful hiring in a staffing agency or similar environment
