About the Role:

Senior Recruitment Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle

    client delivery, coordination, and communication

    .
  • Ensure timely and quality fulfillment of client requirements.
  • Lead and guide the recruitment team to achieve delivery targets.
  • Manage client expectations and participate in review meetings.
  • Support

    sourcing/recruitment

    activities when required.
  • Track delivery performance and maintain closure reports.


Requirements:

  • 3–10 years of experience in

    staffing/recruitment industry

    .
  • Strong knowledge of

    domestic hiring (IT/Non-IT)

    .
  • Excellent client management and coordination skills.
  • Team handling or mentoring experience preferred.
  • Hands-on exposure to job portals & sourcing tools is a plus.
