Job Description

Role And Responsibilities

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Manager – Recruitment with 8-10 years of overall experience in end-to-end recruitment, including 2–3 years of team management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in corporate hiring across IT, Non-IT, and Healthcare domains, strong stakeholder management capabilities, and proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Primary Responsibility: Lead and manage a small team of recruiters to deliver on hiring targets across functions.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for both niche and volume hiring across IT, Non-IT, and Healthcare verticals.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand manpower planning and ensure timely closure of open positions.
  • Design, publish, and manage job postings across internal and external platforms, including social media.
  • Screen profiles, conduct initial assessments, and coordinate interview scheduling and feedback loops.
  • Ensure seamless candidate experience, onboarding coordination, and documentation compliance.
  • Monitor and report on recruitment metrics (TAT, source mix, cost per hire, etc.) to leadership.
  • Manage recruitment vendors and ensure quality, timely delivery, and cost efficiency.
  • Maintain and optimize usage of ATS for tracking, reporting, and candidate lifecycle management.
  • Conduct regular team reviews, training, and performance monitoring to ensure productivity and process adherence.

Requirements

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of total recruitment experience, with 2–3 years in a team leadership role.
  • Proven experience in corporate hiring across IT, Non-IT, and Healthcare domains.
  • Strong experience using ATS platforms and other recruitment tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong stakeholder management, coordination, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
