Recruitment Manager

The Recruitment Manager will lead and manage the end to end recruitment operations for multiple schools under the consultancy’s portfolio. This role involves developing hiring strategies, guiding a team of recruiters, and ensuring timely, high-quality staffing for both academic and non-academic roles across partner schools. Key Responsibilities ; Develop and execute strategic hiring plans based on the staffing needs of multiple client schools. Lead and manage a team of recruiters , assigning targets, monitoring performance, and providing guidance. Train, mentor, and upskill recruitment staff to ensure consistent quality and effectiveness in hiring. Oversee sourcing efforts through job portals, social media, and internal databases to build strong talent pipelines. Coordinate and conduct candidate screenings and interviews , including demo sessions and assessments. Manage offer negotiations and onboarding processes in alignment with school policies and budgets. Maintain recruitment dashboards and reports , providing regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders. Act as the primary liaison with schools , ensuring smooth communication and resolving recruitment challenges. Promote employer branding through job fairs, outreach initiatives, and professional representation of client schools. Contribute to business growth and revenue by identifying new client opportunities and strengthening existing relationships Preferred Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Education Management, or a related field. 4–6 years of recruitment experience, with at least 1–2 years in a team lead or managerial capacity. Prior experience in school recruitment or education consultancy is highly preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: Whitefield, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Experience: Recruiting manager: 3 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
