Role Overview:

Recruitment Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-cycle recruitment: Sourcing, Interviewing, and hiring top talent.
• Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies for various roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.
• Manage candidate pipelines and ensure seamless candidate experience.
• Leverage multiple sourcing channels (social media, job boards, referrals, etc.).
• Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring smooth integration.
• Coordinate pre-employment screenings, documentation, and orientation.
• Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and resolve conflicts.
• Support performance reviews, feedback sessions, and employee development.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of HR experience, with a focus on recruitment.
• Full-cycle recruitment expertise.
• Strong understanding of HR policies, practices, and labor laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with HRMS.
