Job Description

As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in achieving store targets by focusing on exceptional customer service, implementing effective sales strategies, and promoting team collaboration. Key Responsibilities: - Set individual and team sales targets, monitor performance, and devise strategies to enhance sales. - Drive sales growth by engaging customers effectively, utilizing upselling techniques, and showcasing comprehensive product knowledge. - Lead, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing retail sales team to successfully accomplish sales objectives and surpass customer expectations. Customer Service: - Ensure exceptional customer service and deliver a positive shopping experience by promptly addressing any customer complaints or issues. - Foster strong customer relationships and cultivate loyalty through personalized service. Inventory & Visual Merchandising: - Supervise and maintain optimal inventory levels, ensuring timely replenishment of stock. - Oversee visual merchandising activities to create appealing, well-organized displays that align with brand standards. Sales Reporting & Analysis: - Prepare and evaluate sales reports, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and identify trends. - Utilize sales data to pinpoint growth opportunities and areas that require improvement. Operational Excellence: - Uphold adherence to store policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations. - Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and visual aesthetics are maintained at all times. - Manage store budgets and expenses effectively to enhance profitability. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred). - Skills: - Strong leadership and team management capabilities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets (Preferred). - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and trends. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management software.,
