Oversee daily store operations and support all activities related to staffing, inventory, customer service, and supplier coordination. This role also plays a key part in the pre-opening phase , helping with store setup, establishing distribution channels and vendor partnerships , configuring POS and retail software , and assisting in hiring and training new team members. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing stock levels, coordinating deliveries, maintaining merchandising standards, ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene rules, and resolving customer issues. Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience in grocery or retail supervision Strong knowledge of inventory control, vendor management, and store operations Experience with POS and retail management systems Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
